Week 2 – 30-60-90 Day Plan Development
Together we shape a compelling action plan, integrating insights from your target company. This plan positions you as the candidate who is ready to contribute on Day 1.

Week 3 – Target Letter of Recommendation
You’ll practice, draft, and refine your personal Target Letter of Recommendation — a powerful tool that adds credibility and differentiates you in the hiring process.

Week 4 – Interview Intelligence
Using your customized plan and recommendation letter, you’ll rehearse interviews with frameworks that help you present with confidence, credibility, and charisma.

Week 5 (Optional Bonus) – LinkedIn Power Play
We’ll transform your LinkedIn profile to stand out — modeled after mine (Jason Kinte). For those between jobs, you may also contribute to a live Penspowerclub.com or PhreedomAcademy.com project. Do excellent work, and you’ll earn an honest reference to fill resume gaps — something my father never had, which kept him driving taxi for 25 years. Session 1 – Define Your Dream Decade Vision:
In our first 2-hour session, we’ll explore your long-term goals and help you determine exactly what you want your target income statement and target balance sheet to look like 10 years from now. We'll walk you through multiple vision scenarios so you can select the one that aligns with your family, lifestyle, and legacy goals.

Session 2 – Write Your Financial Blueprint:
In the second session, we’ll take the options you selected and work with you to write out your official target income statement and target balance sheet. These documents will become your personalized roadmap — rooted in biblical stewardship and long-term financial wisdom — to help you measure progress over the decade.

Session 3 – Map Your First 12 Months:
In our final 2-hour session, we’ll break your big vision down into actionable steps. We’ll build your first-year roadmap — identifying the key decisions, purchases, and moves you’ll need to make. This is where your Dream Decade officially begins, and your investment strategy becomes a reality.

You book the sessions at your own pace. Some space them out over several weeks. Others, especially those preparing to buy a property or make a fast decision, book all three sessions in the same week to close deals before someone else does.
